Job Vacancy – Service Manager
Due to the continued growth of the business, and the workload being created we are looking to employ a Service Manager to oversee the Service department run from our Narberth depot.
The role will include;
Day to day running and monitoring of the service department, including invoicing of service jobs and entering warranty claims onto the relevant systems. Assisting with parts enquiries when required and supplying engineers with any documentation, information and equipment required.
Previous involvement in parts and service for construction equipment, however, knowledge of service structure within a Car, Agricultural or LGV setting would also supply a good foundation. Comfortable with IT systems in relation to stock keeping and service allocation and also general IT such as Word and Excel.
The successful applicant would also be required to work well as part of a team and any additional support needed to adapt to new systems of work would be supplied.
